Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus, Sierra Campus, and East Campus – El Paso, TX
Schedule: Full-time; Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; 10-hour shifts preferred (negotiable)
Start Date: ASAP (Ongoing, Long-Term Opportunity)
Practice Setting: Inpatient Hospital
Position Overview
Palm Health Resources is seeking skilled CRNAs to join the anesthesia care team serving three campuses within The Hospitals of Providence network in El Paso, TX. This role offers a mix of challenging and rewarding cases in a collegial, care-team model environment, with excellent travel support and top-tier recruiter assistance from Palm Health Resources.
Practice Details
- Case Types: Orthopedic, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Plastics, ENT, Gynecology
- No Neonates or Hearts
- Volume: ~10 patients/day
- Call: Light (about 2 calls per on-call shift)
- Rounding: None
- Practice Model: Care-team approach; collaborative and friendly staff
- Support: CRNAs work closely with anesthesiologists and experienced OR teams
- EMR: Cerner
Rate
- $190-225 per hour depending on commitment (no OT) + call pay (rates TBD)
- Paid malpractice, travel, lodging, & car rental or mileage reimbursement
Schedule & Commitment
- Full-time preferred
- Minimum: 3 weeks/month (2 weeks/month minimum considered)
- Monday–Friday, with some weekend coverage possible
- 10-hour shifts preferred; flexible arrangements possible
Requirements
- Active Texas CRNA license
- Board Certification (AANA)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in listed case types
- Willingness to meet minimum availability
- Local candidates will not be considered
