Palm Health is hiring an experienced Pain Management Nurse Practitioner with 3-5 years' of recent experience for an outpatient facility in beautiful coastal Virginia! Come join our team of innovative team to help manage complex patients with chronic pain. While enjoying breathtaking views and water sport activities along with exciting musical, sport and family friendly events.

- Outpatient-only, office based
- Monday-Friday schedule
- NO procedures
- Follow-ups, medication management, and intakes
- Prior medication management and interventional pain management experience required
- 3-5 years of recent experience in Pain Management required
