Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner to cover our Full Time LOCUM Clinic need in Central Wisconsin (WI). The incumbent will need to have Wound Care experience and preferably an active Wisconsin State License and DEA! Located in the heart of east-central Wisconsin, the facility offers access to a supportive medical community, abundant outdoor recreation, and a welcoming small-city atmosphere.

Start: ASAP

End: 12-month contract initially, then ongoing thereafter

Schedule:

·      40 hours a week (5 x 8s) – Monday-Friday (8am to 4:30pm CST)

·      No Weekends, No Call

Duties: The provider will be responsible for comprehensive wound management, including assessment, cleansing, irrigation, dressing, cultures, debridement, and advanced therapies such as NPWT or CTPs. The role involves ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, monitoring healing progress, and addressing underlying issues like infection, circulation, or nutrition.

Census: Between 12-15 patients per day (Clinic)

Qualifications:

·      Active Board Certification – Required

·      Wisconsin State License – Preferred

·      Active WI DEA – Preferred
